Jesse is a dynamic political strategist with a passion for turning ideas into impact. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of North Florida, where her love for public service took root. During her time in school, she worked at the University’s Public Opinion Research Lab, interned in U.S. Senator Bill Nelson’s office, and got her first taste of national politics working on Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.

After graduation, Jesse hit the ground running, working on political campaigns up and down the East Coast before ultimately landing in Denver in 2021. In 2022, she successfully managed a state Senate race, then made the leap to the legislative side as an aide in the Colorado House of Representatives. There, she saw firsthand the powerful role lobbyists play in shaping public policy, which inspired her next move: joining the Colorado Department of State as a lobbyist. In 2025, Jesse joined as a Partner at 3015 Policy, where she brings her campaign grit and legislative insight to bear on behalf of her clients.

Jesse is driven by a deep commitment to enacting tangible change. Her strength lies in forging authentic relationships - both inside and outside the Capitol - and using those connections to advance real solutions for the people of Colorado.

When she’s not deep in policy or strategy, Jesse can be found spending (probably too much) time with her dog, Winston, and her cat, Willa. She’s a die-hard Law and Order: SVU fan, a fantasy novel enthusiast, and isn’t afraid to belt out Beatles songs loud enough for the neighbors to know all the words.
